WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Consultation

    First, we identify your dream. Much like nighttime dreams, marketing projects can be laden with evanescence. Your initial consultation will allow our expert team to intentionally listen to your vision and provide industry knowledge and experience to concretize your ideas.

  2. Quote & Production Agreement

    Second, we submit a quote that includes pricing, the project's turnaround time, location(s), and important dates.

    The quote allows the client to submit the 50% deposit required to begin production.

    The production agreement clarifies the expectations of both company and client to ensure confidence and transparency in the process.

  3. You lead, we work.

    We then allow you to review the quote and broaden or narrow the project's scope, if necessary. This step ensures that your vision is properly understood and the right tools/strategies are being employed to bring forth maximum effectiveness.

  4. Production Phases: Pre-production, Principal production, Editing.


    During the pre-production phase, we draft scripts and content ideas based on consultation, plan production logistics, decide on the location, cast, coordinate talent, and organize equipment and crew.

    During the principal production phase, we capture content: interviews, b-roll, voice-overs, etc. We have immense experience on set interviewing real people about personal, and sometimes sensitive, topics and traumatic events. We are also aware of HIPPA compliance and patient privacy.

    During the post-production phase, we manage media, edit, color grade, insert licensed audio, and perform sound design and audio mixing.

  5. Client Review

    We close with you. Clients can expect two revisions plus a final approval for each production.
